Who we are
Radical Builders [legal entity name + B.V./eenmanszaak], registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under KvK number [KvK number], based at Marineterrein Amsterdam [full registered address]. We are the controller for the personal data described on this page. Questions: bram@radicalbuilders.nl.
What we collect, and why
- Newsletter (Observer). Your email address, used only to send the newsletter. Legal basis: consent. Unsubscribe in one click, in every email.
- Interest & conversation forms. Name, company, role, and what you tell us about your work. Used to assess fit and respond to you. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps at your request.
- Site chat. Messages you type into the on-site assistant are processed by our AI provider [provider + DPA status] to generate a reply. Don't share sensitive or classified information in the chat; for sensitive matters, email us directly.
- Technical logs. Our hosting provider [hosting provider] keeps standard server logs (IP address, timestamp, requested page) for security and reliability.
We do not run advertising, do not sell data, and do not use tracking cookies. The site stores at most functional preferences in your browser's local storage; these never leave your device.
Where your data goes
Form submissions are delivered to our CRM [CRM provider] and to our team mailbox. Newsletter delivery runs through [email provider]. We choose providers that process data inside the EU/EEA or under appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).
How long we keep it
- Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.
- Form submissions and correspondence: up to 2 years after our last contact, unless a working relationship follows.
- Server logs: [retention period, typically 30–90 days].
Your rights
Under the GDPR (AVG) you can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to bram@radicalbuilders.nl — we respond within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
